I recently purchased a car from Ross and I have to say from my initial enquiry over the telephone to purchasing the car, Ross was extremely enthusiastic, professional and honest throughout. He offered a refundable deposit if I didn't purchase the car which I felt was an exceptional gesture. I would not hesitate to purchase another car off Ross in the future as a consequence. I wish all motor traders acted in the way Ross does.

I purchased a 2014 Volvo V60 car from Mr. Naylor. The car was presented in showroom condition and he had gone to considerable time and expense to address other issues, replaced the steering rack, installed a new expensive battery and had a auto electrician look at the health of the electric system. He discovered that there were several manufacturers recalls on this model and went to considerable trouble to have all these corrected by a main Volvo dealership. Although the timing belt was not failing I decided to have it replaced, he supplied the new belts and water pump while I paid for the labour costs. I am pleased to say that I have confidence in Trade Up Cars.

Great car at a great price, couple of tiny niggles came with the car, which you’d expect with a 10 year old car, and Ross has solved/help solve them. The car itself was spotless, valeted and handled like it was brand new. I asked about the cam belt status and he offered to sort a fresh one before sale, provide me with the receipt and even insisted on a high quality warrantied belt for peace of mind. And although those small electrical issues were fixed by a battery change, he’s providing an auto electrician to give it the once over just in case. He has since checked in a couple of times to be sure I’m happy with it. Honestly it made a potentially stressful process incredibly simple. Could you ask for more?

Bought Peugeot 207 estate from Ross car was turned out well very clean Ross also put 12 months mot car needed discs pads and two tyres which were changed at no cost to me got car within four days Ross also kept me up to speed with the progress of work so far pleased with experience

I bought a jaguar estate from Ross, I have only changed a steering pump which I knew about at the time of purchase, I have owned the car 5 months now and it drives lovely.

Looking for a Citroen Xsara Picasso I saw Ross's advert. The car was pristine inside, very minor marks outside which I was happy about. Work was done to obtain a full years M.O.T. very satisfied with the car. Wife loves it. Well done.
